ISSUE

Patient communication issues create three common problems for a practice: 1) lack of perceived value in the hygiene visit; “it’s just a cleaning”, 2) poor at-home patient compliance, 3) insurance dictation of treatment.

SOLUTION

The Crest® + Oral-B® program helps patients better understand the value of a hygiene visit and prioritize self-care at home. The system standardizes and personalizes patient communication and also maximizes RDH efficiency and consistency amongst multiple hygiene providers.

RESULTS

Practices using the Crest® + Oral-B® program increase case acceptance and patient retention, while decreasing cancellations and no-shows. Overall, my experience is that practice revenues can increase an average of 43%.
