ISSUE
Prior to starting this program, more than 50% of our patients would receive a poor oral hygiene rating. We were spending valuable appointment time repeating our hygiene instructions.

SOLUTION
With Ortho Health Solutions, we now take a proactive approach to oral hygiene instruction. The program provides excellent visual tools to assess current hygiene status, highlights the risks associated with poor oral health, and motivates our patients to take ownership.

RESULTS
After implementing the Crest® + Oral-B® program, more than half of our patients receive a “good” or “excellent” rating, while less than 30% receive a poor rating. We’re able to start and finish appointments as scheduled, and we’ve been very pleased to see the length of most cases remain close to our initial target.
